These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ship Mail Storage
mobile application, website, and services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the
Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms
1. Service Overview
Ship Mail Storage provides digital mail and package management services, including mail
receipt, scanning, storage, forwarding, and disposal based on user instructions. Ship Mail
Storage is not a postal carrier and does not provide USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL delivery
services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
● You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
● You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. USPS Form 1583 Authorization (Required)
To comply with United States Postal Service regulations, users must complete USPS Form 1583
to authorize Ship Mail Storage to receive mail on their behalf.

● A completed and notarized Form 1583 is mandatory before mail can be received or
processed.

● Two valid forms of identification are required under USPS rules.
● Failure to submit or maintain a valid Form 1583 may result in suspension or termination
of services.
Ship Mail Storage reserves the right to reject or suspend mail handling if USPS compliance
requirements are not met.

4. Mail Handling & User Instructions
● Mail is scanned, stored, forwarded, or shredded based on user instructions and
subscription tier.
● Physical mail and packages are stored for a limited time depending on the plan selected.
● Unclaimed or abandoned mail may be destroyed after notice, in accordance with policy.

5. Prohibited Items
Users may not receive or store:
● Illegal, hazardous, perishable, or restricted materials
● Controlled substances
● Items prohibited by USPS or applicable law
Ship Mail Storage may refuse or return prohibited items at the user’s expense.

6. Fees, Billing & Subscriptions

● Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
● Shipping, forwarding, consolidation, and special handling fees are billed separately.
● Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

7. Cancellation & Termination
● Users may cancel at any time through account settings.
● Ship Mail Storage may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms,
non-payment, or legal noncompliance.

8. Privacy & Data Security
Use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy below. While reasonable safeguards are
used, no system is 100% secure.

9. Limitation of Liability
Ship Mail Storage is not liable for:
● Carrier delays or errors
● Lost or damaged mail caused by third parties
● Force majeure events

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous billing cycle.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ship Mail
Storage operates.
