USPS Authorization Requirement
Ship Mail Storage is classified as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA).
Per USPS regulations:
● All users must complete USPS Form 1583

● The form must be notarized
● Two forms of valid identification are required
● Mail cannot be processed without approval
Failure to comply may result in delayed, returned, or rejected mail.
